Whisper of Rage

The pain from within, cry out to the sky,

The anger I seek, it is all a lie

I can’t understand why, light up the bong,

The power of my might, where can I go wrong,

The rage climbs my mind, what is wrong with me,

I can’t survive, I must run, flee,

Demon smiles block my way,

No matter what, the whisper of obey,

I must fight, win my battle,

Here I sit lashing of teeth, being herded like cattle,

My body burns, this is not hell,

Just torment of my soul, till the ring of the bell,

I need to sleep, tears flow my swollen eyes,

I cry out to the sky, it’s the roll of the dice,

Hate, chaos, rage and more, please silence the beast,

I reach out, help, for my soul they feast,

Find my way back, the path is gone, six feet under the sod,

Hear my sounds of silence, they say oh God.
